Open to software engineering roles
I’m a software developer and Computer Science student with a foundation in electrical engineering. I build products end to end — web backends and dashboards, native and cross-platform mobile apps, and games — and I’m drawn to work where software meets hardware, from robotics to quantum computing.
Right now I’m building MeetingBrief, an AI meeting-briefing SaaS; HyChef, a food-safety platform for UK restaurants; and Iron Pilgrim, a war-train roguelike with a page on Steam.
Experience
-
IT Support Professional
Sept 2025 – Present
University of South Wales · Cardiff, UK
- Resolve software, network and hardware incidents for staff and students across campus as first point of contact.
- Document recurring fixes in the team knowledge base so common issues are closed faster.
-
Summer Intern
June 2026 – Sept 2026
Mercedes-Benz Türk IT, Global ECOC Team · Aksaray, Turkey
- Wrote BDD test scenarios in Cucumber/Gherkin with Java step definitions for the team’s automation suite.
- Refactored existing scenarios to remove duplicated steps and make failures easier to trace.
-
Student Lab Lead
USW Robotics Lab
- Led the student team building a chess-playing robotic arm, integrating chess-engine move selection with the arm’s motion control in Python.
-
Telemetry Developer
Formula Student USW
- Wrote C++ software to read and plot live sensor data from the team’s race car.
Projects
-
3D Reconstruction on a Budget
Final-year project (Oct 2026 – May 2027). Benchmarking 3D Gaussian Splatting against the feed-forward VGGT model on self-captured scenes, measuring reconstruction quality, latency and memory across three hardware tiers: cloud GPU, a 4 GB laptop GPU and CPU. Evaluates one low-cost optimisation (splat pruning, quantisation or input downscaling) on the most constrained tier, delivered with a reproducible evaluation harness.

HyChef
Three-tier food-safety SaaS for UK restaurants. A native Android app handles weekly food diaries, temperature checks, and PDF reporting against SFBB (Safer Food, Better Business) and HACCP standards, backed by a Laravel API and a Next.js dashboard.

Anime-themed matching app, live on Google Play. Tinder-style card swiping, an anime catalogue powered by the Jikan API, and a quiz bank that drives matches.

Iron Pilgrim
A top-down roguelike autoshooter where you pilot a growing war-train instead of a character. Builds come from wagon composition: attack wagons fire automatically, buff wagons react to in-game events, and hidden buff pairings trigger Resonance mutations. Every wagon adds power but also lengthens your hitbox and turning radius, so strength costs control. Built in Unity by a three-person indie team.
